Private Investigator License Print

There is important news regarding computer forensic vendors that practice in Michigan.  As of May 28, 2008, all computer forensic firms must have a Private Investigators license to practice in Michigan. 

An interpretation of the law is that any person engaged in the collection of electronic evidence and/or engaged for the presentation electronic evidence in a Michigan court must have a valid Private Investigators License.  nvestigators license and we are in full compliance of the new law. 

Since 1997, the Center for Computer Forensics has been providing a high level of service for e-discovery and computer forensics.  This is a dynamic time for our industry and the rules are constantly changing at the state and federal levels.  Obtaining the Private Investigators License is just another example of our vigilance to stay ahead of constantly changing market and regulatory conditions.
