Nancy Forster
Forensic Examiner
Ms. Forster joined Data Recovery Group, an associate company to the Center for Computer Forensics, in 1999 as a data recovery technician and performed exceptionally and showed a unique capability to investigate and solve problems. The owners of the Center for Computer Forensics and Data Recovery Group recognized Ms. Forster’s talent and in 2000 promoted her to Forensic Examiner. The Center for Computer Forensics began training Ms. Forster at that time and she has successfully completed forensic examinations in both civil and criminal cases. The range of cases handled by Ms. Forster include Intellectual Property Theft, Acceptable Use Policy Violations, Employee Theft, Divorce Matters, and many others.
Ms. Forster has testified in depositions and has testified in both state and federal court.
